Expectations After Placing Your Order
Once you place your order, our scheduling department will call you approximately one week before the estimated installation timeframe. This is to give you time to prepare your site and make sure it is ready on the given estimated date. Please call us for current lead times.
Lead Times and Delivery
Please note that we only provide an estimated lead time for the delivery and installation of your orders—it is not guaranteed. Since this is a construction-based business, weather and other factors affect the installers’ schedule and may delay your installation date.
For clients residing in counties that require building permits, lead times will not start until we receive your permit number. Please let us know if your county requires a permit so we can certify your structure according to your local county building codes.
Certified Structures
For use in counties where building permits are required, we advise you to call your area’s inspections department to learn more about the specifications in your county.
Certified units may need to be designed by a professional engineer to meet specific wind and snow loads. This includes a tighter screw pattern and additional appropriate anchors depending on surface type. Certified structures may include mobile home anchors for ground installation or wedge anchors for concrete installation. These types of buildings also come with a limited lifetime warranty.
